All of our vinyl windows are fusion-welded at the corners. This means the frame pieces are heated and fused together under pressure rather than being screwed or glued. Fusion welding creates a seamless, watertight joint that cannot separate over time. It also eliminates the weak points where air and moisture infiltration typically begin in mechanically fastened frames. Every corner is as strong as the frame material itself.

One of the most common questions homeowners ask is whether vinyl windows will yellow, fade, or become brittle over time. Modern vinyl formulations include UV stabilizers that prevent discolouration and maintain the material's flexibility through decades of sun exposure and freeze-thaw cycles. Energy performance is where vinyl windows deliver the most measurable value. Combined with low-E coated glass and argon gas fill between panes, our vinyl windows achieve U-factors as low as 0.22 in triple-pane configurations.
